How to Play
The Rules
The Goal
Click each of the 8 IKEA gaming-room essentials bouncing around the screen to build your rig. Complete the rig before the 60-second timer hits zero to advance to the next level. The game ends when you fail to finish a rig in time.
Scoring
+10 points for clicking a unique product you haven't collected yet
−3 points for clicking a product you already have (duplicate)
−2 points for clicking blank space (no product / entity hit)
+50 points completion bonus when you collect all 8
+5 points per second remaining on the clock when you complete the rig
Score never goes below zero, and it carries across levels
Obstacles & Pickups
Allen Keys
Spinning hex wrenches drift across the playfield.
−10 points if you tap one without a shield active.
With a shield up, tapping one removes it safely for +10 points.
Shopping Carts
Roll across the screen. You can't click them — they're not the danger, but they'll knock product tiles in new directions when they collide.
Köttbullar (Meatballs)
Click one for a +30 point bonus. They drift and don't stick around forever — grab them while they're rolling.
BLÅHAJ Plushies
Click one to activate a 5-second shield. While the shield is up, Allen keys become bonus points instead of penalties — and the screen edges glow cyan, fading as time runs out.
The Info Panel (Top-Center)
The big rounded panel attached to the top of the playfield holds the timer and your full rig progress. Products and small entities physically bounce off it — it's part of the playing field. Watch this panel during play.
Build In Order (Level 4 and up)
From level 4 onwards, you have to build your rig in the right order — the sequence a real IKEA gaming setup is assembled in: Desk → Cord Control → Monitor Stand → Chair → Mouse Pad → Headphone Stand → Lamp → Ring Light. In assembly mode, the panel shrinks the 8 slots and shows the current target enlarged on top. Clicking the wrong item doesn't cost points — it just won't count.
Level Difficulty
Each new level brings more obstacles, faster products, and (from level 5) products that randomly change direction mid-flight. The level-intro card before each round tells you what's about to escalate.
